About the Role

Goffstown Animal Hospital is looking for a Kennel Assistant to add to our team. We are a small animal practice with three wonderful doctors. We are looking for an individual who works well with others and is a positive person to have around. Veterinarian Technician Job Responsibilities: 

• Feeds and cares for animals. 

• Maintains supplies and equipment. 

• Maintains records. 

• Cleans animal cages and equipment, and maintains general cleanliness throughout the hospital. 

• Maintains safe, secure, healthy, and humane environment by sterilizing and wrapping instruments, sanitizing operating areas, verifying shelf life of medications, and complying with legal regulations. 

• Completes daily and weekly tasks. 

• Laundry

Clinic Hours: 

• We are open 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 8am - 12pm.

Education and Experience Requirements: 

• Similar positions preferred, but no experience or education necessary. This position will be trained on the job.
